Praveen Moman is the co-founder of Volcanoes Safaris. The philanthropic trust runs four eco-lodges bordering the parks of Uganda and Rwanda where the mountain gorillas live. This year he was awarded the Conde Nast Traveler: World Savers Award 2013. I spoke to him about his love of Africa, the great apes and how it feels to be recognised as someone who is as passionate about protecting wildlife as he is about helping the local populations.
